Message from the Chair
The dynamic faculty of the Department of Urology faculty at the University of California, Irvine is dedicated to the advancement of diagnostic and therapeutic options for the entire spectrum of urologic diseases and disorders. The department is committed to the development of new technologies and the education of urologists in an effort to promote wellness of urologic patients worldwide.
The residency program in urology seeks to transform physicians into the most knowledgeable, insightful and well-trained urologists in this age of technology. To this end, great effort is expended to ensure outstanding and diverse clinical exposure, superb didactic and hands-on educational opportunities with animate and cadaveric laboratory experience.
